Returns & Refunds

Please review this policy before placing an order with Zerionx. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge the terms below.

Order cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a paid order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to help. Once your order has entered the packing process, we can no longer cancel or change it.

30-day returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To qualify under our standard return policy, the item must be unused and in the condition you received it, with any tags and its original packaging. Please include your receipt or other proof of purchase.

To request a return, email hello@zerionx.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us. The return address may differ from the address on your original shipping label, and returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery when possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can investigate and help resolve it promptly.

The 30-day standard return window does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Items that cannot be returned

Under our standard return policy, we cannot accept returns of perishable goods, custom or personalized products, certain personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable, except where required by law.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back. These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the item you have. Once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Orders delivered to the European Union

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may have a 14-day legal right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions. To exercise this right, email hello@zerionx.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We’ll provide the correct return address and instructions. Your legal rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Refunds

We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at hello@zerionx.com. Refunds for statutory withdrawals will be handled within the time required by applicable law.
